Reservation Road
Yesterday we watched a sad movie. It was a good movie but it was sad and the end was unhappy. The story is simple. A divorced guy was coming back home in 4×4 after a baseball game with his son. On the road back, while he was distracted by talking to phone while driving, to acoid a frontal collision with a van, he quickly turn right than back left but too late, his 4×4 hit a small 10-years child. Instead of stopping, he continue his road. He was nervous that if his ex-wife would knew he was neglected like that, he would never see his son again.

The whole movie turns around that. The father of the dead boy who want his revenge tries all the movie to know who is the driver who left the scene and aldo we see the others who regret a lot what happened and try to live knowing the secret.
My wife also said it was a sad sad sad story, not funny for any one in that movie. It was sorted as a suspense in the movie rental store but in fact, it should have been sorted in drama according to me…
The actors were very good. They were Joaquin Phoenix and Mark Ruffalo. I would give 8/10.
Here is a link to IMDB for the movie.
